Cancellation Policy & Terms

Cancellation Policy:

- You are entitled to a full refund as long as you cancel 5 or more days before your departure date.

- We offer one free reschedule for bad weather (e.g. high winds and rough waters) after the 5-day free cancellation period.

- If you cancel the booking within 5 calendar days of the charter date, you will forfeit the full amount unless said cancellation is due to extreme weather conditions (defined as: Local non-gusting winds in excess of 20 km/h). For other untimely cancellations, at our sole and exclusive discretion we may agree to allow you to reschedule your trip within 90 days of your booked charter date.

- The client hereby understands that time is of the essence and if on the charter date, the client has not arrived to the vessel within 90 minutes of the departure time, the captain and/or Company has the exclusive option to cancel the charter and return to the marina. In such an event the client shall forfeit all monies paid.

Additional terms:

- You are fully responsible for the behaviour and actions of your guests. You agree that no illegal activity (or contraband) of any kind is/are allowed to be performed and/or brought on to the vessel by you or your guests. You further acknowledge that any damages caused by you or your guests to the vessel or otherwise are your sole legal responsibility and not that of the Company.  Furthermore, you agree to indemnify the Company (us) to the fullest possible extent in the event a claim or legal proceeding is commenced against the company for any reason whatsoever, relating to you and your guests. 

- Drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated. We exercise the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a manner that is not deemed safe to all guests and crew. All guests must follow the captains instructions. Failure to comply with crew orders will result in the cancellation of the charter and client will forfeit all monies paid.
